About the job:
We are looking for Project Managers with agile mindset in Helsinki and other parts of Finland.
This is what you get:
- Commission-based salary: you will receive 50% of the billed hourly rate, combined with an excellent base salary.
- Ecosystem: In addition to our own direct clients, we have access to hundreds of customers and projects through Gofore’s ecosystem. We also collaborate with other vendors.
- Flexibility: Our consultants work closely with our customers, so the working model is shaped by the needs of each project. In practice, remote work is our primary way of working, but many projects include some on-site collaboration (for example 1–3 days per week or a few times per quarter).

What we expect from you:
- Strong proven skills in IT Project management and change management in different projects and domains.
- You have a good grasp of project planning, time management, budgeting and risk management.
- You have systems thinking and a good understanding of software development principles.
- You solve problems and drive project success. When there’s a hard decision to be made, you can consider different aspects and make the call.
- You know Agile frameworks and have worked in projects using agile methods.
- You prefer a collaborative environment and diverse teams.
- You are always learning and looking for a better way to do things.
- Experience in financial projects or SAP ERP context seen as an advantage.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude), or a genuine interest in exploring how AI can improve project delivery and team productivity, is considered a plus.
Location
We are currently looking for talented professionals only for roles based in Finland. We operate with a customer-first mindset, and depending on the project and client needs, we can offer flexibility for remote work within Finland. However, at this time, we do not support working from outside Finland or offer remote work opportunities from abroad.
