Smart Factory Platform with Azure IoT
Mirka needed a solution that standardises communication between IT systems, production lines and devices to guide production and to collect data for reporting, analysis and visualisation.
How we helped
We were part of a team building an Azure-based IT/OT integration platform that allows communication between IT and OT systems and management of Edge devices with automatic software installations.
Results
Almost all components of the new solution are created using the Everything as Code principle and installed via Azure DevOps pipelines, which improves and standardizes quality. Devices are configured and installed in minutes through automation, allowing quick recovery from failures.
