Scouting Digital Renewal
The Guides and Scouts of Finland launched the Paju project (2022–2025) to modernise their digital services and improve the organisation’s capability to manage operations and data more effectively. Goals included renewing the membership registry, streamlining organisational processes, and designing an architecture that supports future needs.
How we helped
We supported the client throughout the procurement phase of the new membership registry system. Our responsibilities included gathering and refining requirement materials, designing the procurement scope, drafting RFP, and planning and scheduling the procurement process. We also facilitated discussions with potential vendors and handled approvals across governance bodies.
Results
The procurement was completed on time, and a vendor was successfully selected to deliver the new membership system. The process laid a solid foundation for implementation, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture. Rebase’s expert continued to support the client during the implementation phase to provide continuity and effective collaboration.
